12 Private Sector Equity Holders or Private Sector Equity Holders means twelve major Australian companies drawn from the below schedule to administer the following Five SPVs -

• 12 Private Sector Equity Holders under the YELP  SPV;

• 12 Extra Private Sector Equity Holders under the ICDI-HELP SPV

• 12 Other Private Sector Equity Holders under the BTSOP SPV;

• 12 Further Private Sector Equity Holders under the BTB&MDCP  SPV; and

• 12 Additional Private Sector Equity Holders under the BTSCP SPV.

Each of the 12 Private Sector Equity Holders would provide Two Pioneer Fit Old Farts whose employers would collectively contribute 50% of YELP Budget Costs, with Four Public Sector Equity Holders each providing Two Pioneer Fit Old Farts whose employers would contribute the other 50% of YELP Budget Costs.
