12 Other Private Sector Equity Holders or Other Private Sector Equity Holders means for the BTSOP SPV twelve major Australian companies, drawn from the below schedule, that are not amongst the following -

• 12 Private Sector Equity Holders under the YELP  SPV;

• 12 Extra Private Sector Equity Holders under the ICDI-HELP SPV;

• 12 Additional Private Sector Equity Holders under the BTSCP SPV; and

• 12 Further Private Sector Equity Holders under the BTB&MDCP SPV.

Each of the 12 Other Private Sector Equity Holders would provide Two Pioneer Symphony Music Fogeys whose employers would collectively contribute 50% of BTSOP Net Budget Costs, with Four BTSOP Public Sector Equity Holders each providing Two Pioneer Symphony Music Fogeys whose employers would contribute the other 50% of BTSOP Net Budget Costs.
