YELP's Business Plan Developer seeks a meeting with a member(s) of the Taskforce or a member(s) of the NPA's  Board of Governance, in keeping with 'learning by doing', to discuss YELP's capacity to reduce the >$155 million annual cost of Fifteen Problems which the Taskforce's Three Public Health Risks dominate, as well as the Second National Preventive Health Research Programme directed at Interested Marginalised Teenagers

Refer Business Plan Developer's -

(i)         Initial Letter to Ms Carnell, Taskforce Member, dated 23 July 2008 which provided 2 CDs of Five Business Plans as at 23 July '08; and

(ii)        Follow-up Letter to Ms. Carnell, Taskforce Member dated 18 Dec 2008 which provided 2 CDs of Five Business Plans as at 18 Dec '08.

This Further Follow-up Letter to Ms. Carnell, Taskforce member, dated 8 October 2009, which encloses a CD of the Two National Preventive Health Research Programmes "as at 8 October 2009",  asks you to read my Tenth Letter to Chair of Preventive Health Taskforce dated 8 October 2009 which I have also posted to the other members of the Taskforce and Peter Morris, Dept of Health & Ageing and Ms. Susan Rogers, Dept of Health & Ageing dated 8 October 2009, as logged in Annexure G "Schedule of Correspondence".
