(III) Getting a licence, followed by purchasing a motor vehicle whereupon walking and cycling usually diminishes. (IV) Family responsibilities, in particular meeting the cost of raising children. (V) Recreational Drug Use often consumed to counter the stresses of modern life which can lead to Substance Abuse. (VI) The Internet, which is evidencing humans since the turn of the century, increase their sedentary behaviour by sitting in front of pieces of plastic and communicating with other humans on average of 2 hours a day longer than a generation before. (VII) The unfettered control and power of the 5th Guidance Influence intent on "You need our product" epitomising the enormous power of advertising in moulding Western society's penchant for Economic Materialism that lower socio-economic communities often cannot afford the associated Lifestyle Behaviour to the detriment of their 'inter alia' Personal Health & Fitness.
