Offer To Assist A Disabled Adult Form means a form that an Abled Participant completes on the YELP Website after notifying a REC that he/she is prepared to assist a Disabled Interested Adult participate in their LDREG.  The form sets out the type of assistance the Abled Participant Assistant is prepared to provide. 

e-Research Techniques, which contain well drafted Q&A, is a highly cost effective and reliable medium to provide precise information that a REC and Disabled Interested Adults can rely upon.
