Assistance Procedures means actions, steps, and processes which readily enable Abled Participants to assist Disabled  Interested Adults participate in a REA. 

Such procedures would -

(i)         be presented in e-Learning format on the YELP Website;

(ii)        include 'Generic Information For The Type Of Disability' to facilitate the Abled Participant Assistant understand the nature of the Disability and therefore better assist the Disabled Interested Adult; and

(iii)       provide 'Specific Information For The Particular Disabled Adult' ie. home address details of each Disabled  Interested Adult listed under the following categories (protected by a password):

            Type of:       REA

            Name of:     District REA Group

A REC would grant an Abled Participant "Abled Participant Assistant" status and access to 'Specific Information For The Particular Disabled Adult' (by password on the YELP Website) upon the Abled Participant completing (a) to (e) in definition of Abled Participant Assistant.
