Fees Levied On The Wholesale Supply Side means the Wholesale Supply Side is the parties under the Four-Party Schemes and Three-Party Schemes except the Cardholder. 

Fees Levied On The Wholesale Supply Side which aggregate to the Merchant Service Fee are not limited to:

*        Card Acquirer Fee to the merchant's bank

*        Interchange Fee

*        On Charged Scheme Fee

*        Discount Rate Fee

• $0.85 for Visa and Mastercard

• $1.81 for American Express
