Disabled means ABS 1998 Survey of Disability, Ageing and Carers definition as any person with a limitation, restriction or impairment which has lasted, or is likely to last, for at least six months and restricts everyday activities due to one or more Disabilities which collectively afflicts one in five Australians as explained in Section 3.VII.(a.  

ABS 1998 Survey defines self care, mobility and communication as coordinates for ranking Core Activity Restrictions. 

3½% of Australians aged below 65 suffer a sever or profound Disability.

Section 3.VII.(b) of the YELP Holistic First Business Plan -

(A)       contends that analysis of the types of Disabilities and age distribution of the Disabled indicates that approx 1.2m Disabled Australians would be physically able to commence a REA, provided sufficient Abled  Interested Adults are willing to assist them as Abled Participant Assistants; and

(B)       incorporating Assistance Procedures on the YELP Website for Abled  Interested Adults to assist Disabled  Interested Adults where the Abled Participant Assistant's efforts are explicitly and regularly acknowledged, with exceptional assistance recognised at the Annual Presentation Awards Dinner would be a high priority.
