IMT Student Singer-Dancer Acceptance Procedures means
the
Two Show Choir Directors
in each of the 20
Bohémian Teenagers Show Choirs
would invite up to 110
Interested Marginalised Teenagers
from within the 'Defined Perimeter' of the
Selected 20 Lowest Socio-Economic
Regions In Australia With A Population >1,500
to become
IMT Student Singer-Dancers
to achieve a
Well Balanced Bohémian Teenagers
Show Choir.
Interested Marginalised Teenagers
beyond 110 would be placed on a 'IMT Waiting List'.
The 110
Interested Marginalised Teenagers
would be invited by the
Two Show Choir Directors
to
Make
A Public Oath Of Commitment To Their BTSC and attend
'Agreed Choir Practice Sessions' at the
Show Choir Practice Venue
in accord with their 'Practice Time Availability Schedule'.
If any of the 110
IMT Student Singer-Dancers
failed to adhere to their 'Practice Time Availability
Schedule' they would be relegated to the 'IMT Waiting List'.
If the number of
IMT Student Singer-Dancers
remained in excess of 90, the
Two Show Choir Directors
could apply to the
BTSCP SPV for 'Additional Funding' from the 'Contingency' in
the
BTSCP Net Budget Costs to cover
'Agreed Budget Costs' for the 'Surplus Of
IMT Student Singer-Dancers'.
If after three months from the
BTSCP Launch Date, the number of
IMT Student Singer-Dancers
was less than 90, the
Two Show Choir Directors
could accept
Interested Marginalised Teenagers
from within 5km from beyond the
'Defined Perimeter' for up to three months.
If after six months from the
BTSCP Launch Date, the number of
IMT Student Singer-Dancers
was less than 90, the
Two Show Choir Directors
could accept
Interested Marginalised Teenagers
from within 10km from beyond the
'Defined Perimeter'.
The
Two Show Choir Directors
would need to be transparent and open with
all
Interested Marginalised Teenagers
being comfortable with
the
IMT Student Singer-Dancer Acceptance
Procedures necessary to
gain and retain the trust of all
Interested Marginalised Teenagers
in order to build the
Local Community Common Bond Support Group which is
paramount to the success of the
Bohémian Teenagers Show Choir Programme.
Local Community Common Bond Support Group
notes that
Jonathon Welch
did a stellar job with the
ABC production
Choir of Hard Knocks,
based on
Sydney
Street Choir of circa 2001,
in assembling a choir from the
Marginalised, homeless in
Melbourne which morphed into the
Melbourne Street
Choir, Inc.
Jonathon Welch
should be involved in developing the
BTAAP IMT Student
Acceptance Procedures.
