16 Additional Public & Private Equity Holders or 16 Additional Equity Holders means for the BTSCP SPV, under the Community Organising Model For Social And Economic Change -

*           Four BTSCP Public Sector Equity Holders; and

*           12 Additional Private Sector Equity Holders,

where -

*           Four BTSCP Public Sector Equity Holders would each fund 12.5% of BTSCP NET Budget Costs and provide two Pioneer Seasoned Choir Devotees to represent it on the BTSCP SPV; and

*           each of 12 Additional Private Sector Equity Holders would fund 4.1667% each of BTSCP NET Budget Costs and provide two Pioneer Seasoned Choir Devotees to represent it on the BTSCP SPV.

The 16 Additional Public & Private Equity Holders would report to, and take instructions from,  the NPA's  Board of Governance.
