Training Procedures means practical
tips/guidelines/instructions which are
accepted by the
Interested Parties which
each
Interested
Adult is required to be
familiar with for the particular
local
RREA
that the
Interested Adult selects, by completing
Training Modules
(utilising
e-Training Techniques
on the
YELP Website)
thereby
Acquiring Theoretical Knowledge.
In the case of
Recreational Road Cycling this
would require each Interested Adult to expend not less than
3 hours
in the
YELP Website -
(i)
reading
Tips for new road cyclists who
want to ride with
a
Bicycle User Group;
and
(ii) passing a
Multiple Choice Test which established the
Interested Adult is
familiar with these Training Procedures for
Recreational Road Cycling
and has
Acquired Theoretical Knowledge.
Once each Interested Adult
has
Acquired Theoretical Knowledge a
REC
may
Introduce said Interested Adult to
2
Organisers and 2 Participants
in a
LDRREG
as part of the
Supervising
process, provided the
REC
lived within 20km of the
LDRREG neighbourhood whereupon the
Interested
Adult graduates to a
Participant
upon participating in their
LDRREG
on at least
3 days.
