Ride Organiser has performed a one-off examination of a new ride route
to identify all
Foreseeable, Non-Obvious, Explicit Risks; or
*
Ride Leader or
Ride Organiser has ridden the ride route previously and therefore is aware of all
Foreseeable, Non-Obvious, Explicit Risks.
