The Northside of Sydney stretching up past Mangrove Mountain
copped regular rain during Sat night. The satellite images able to be
sourced from the Muggs' Home Page at After a 'phone around at Sparrow Fart from cyclists still keen for a ride, we jettisoned the planned ride Nth and headed West to Windsor along the M2, thereafter following the train line to Windsor. Following a 35km anti-C/W loop thru Freeman's Reach and Richmond Lowlands we (ToothFairy, Michael M and Scribe) jumped the train from Clarendon to Seven Hills, all but TugBoat who cycled back to Turra' clocking up 140km on a rain free, albeit o'cast day. The rest of us were happy to register 104km. Scribe 3 Dec '06 rob |
