A).     the dire and agonizing Quality of Life of seven of the Most Heinous Convicted Criminals that have committed Sadistic, Brutal, Heinous, Often Unprovoked Crimes and are 'marked' Never To Be Released from Australian jails; and

B).     each of their efforts to commit suicide 'to end it all'.

The Marshall Project reports that most Lifers deemed never to be released are dying a thousand deaths; experiencing a manic depressive QOL.

The Australian Veterinarians Assoc condones humans euthanizing dogs, cats and horses, when their QOL materially diminishes. Yet Homo sapiens has recently become incapable of providing the same relief to Lifers deemed never to be released, many that are dying a thousand deaths; experiencing a manic depressive QOL.  Although Canada has recently legislated 'assisted dying' which is also open to long term prison inmates suffering from manic depression.

F.         Vehicle-Ramming Attacks such as at Flinders St Station, Melb. on Friday, 22 Dec 2017 and Bourke Street Mall in January 2017 whereupon James Gargasoulas was sentenced to life in prison for killing six people and seriously injuring many of 27 others when he drove his car through pedestrians; and

G.        Drug Lords that profit from the misery and death of others."

The Most Monstrous Convicted Murderers, Terrorists, Serial Rapists, Paedophiles and Child Killers in Australian jails 'ear-marked' Never To Be Released that have been found guilty Beyond any doubt of guilt should be formerly asked each six months if they want a lethal injection to -

A.      end their futile lives, thereby saving the Public Purse approx $150,000 pa per such inmate in Admin Costs and $25,000 pa in Capital Works costs; and

B.      observe the same euthanasia compassion afforded to dogs, cats, and horses when those animals QOL has materially diminished - endorsed by the Australian Veterinarians Assoc.

Future heinous, monstrous murders of the gravitas previously committed by the Most Monstrous Convicted Murderers should be candidates for a Sentence of Capital Punishment as proposed in the 2nd Prong of Thinking Outside the Cell.
