Acquires Theoretical Knowledge or Acquired Theoretical Knowledge means an Interested Adult who has passed a Multiple Choice Test, using e-Learning Techniques on the YELP Website, for their selected RREA (ie. Recreational Road Cycling) which establishes the Interested Adult has learnt the Training Procedures and comprehended Risk Management Protocols, thereby enabling a REC to personally Introduce said Interested Adult, provided the REC lives within 20km of the DREGs neighbourhood, to 2 Organisers and 2 Participants in a local DREG.  If not the introduction to 2 Organisers and 2 Participants in their selected DREG may be performed via phone and e-mail.
