Defined Terms and Documents      'Aboriginal Teenager Life Skills' RTV Early Intervention Programme 

Indigenous Principal's Representative means a consultant or administrator that is engaged by the Life Skills Philanthropic Service Movement at least six weeks prior to the First RTV Year to perform Duties And Responsibilities on behalf of the Life Skills Philanthropic Service Movement that has -

Pursuant to the legal role of a Fiduciary, the Indigenous Principal's Representative is an 'Agent' under the Principal-Agent Relationship which is responsible to act in the best interests of its 'Principals' which is the Life Skills Philanthropic Service Movement which, in turn, is responsible for the Brand Name of each of the Ten Corporate Sponsors.

A simple majority of the Life Skills Philanthropic Service Movement may -

(i)         amend the Duties And Responsibilities; or

(ii)        terminate the Duties And Responsibilities of the Indigenous Principal's Representative, upon providing as little as four weeks' notice in writing to the Indigenous Principal's Representative.

The Indigenous Principal's Representative fees (at market rates - likely up to $120,000 pa) are budgeted within the Aboriginal Teenager Life Skills Programme Budget Costs which are paid by the Life Skills Philanthropic Service Movement from $50,000 pa Pro-rata Annual Contribution To Budget Costs paid by each of the Ten Corporate Sponsors for each of the initial three years.

Indigenous Principal's Representative is one of the Various Parties.

As with all of the Various Parties, the Indigenous Principal's Representative would claim Out-Of-Pocket Various Parties Costs as provided for in the Programme Budget Costs.
