Bohémian Cultural Endeavour means for the Second BTAAP Business Plan -

(a)       encouraging Interested Marginalised Teenagers who live within one of the Selected 20 Lowest Socio-Economic Regions to join a BTSO and, consistent with their particular Bohémian traits, learn to play orchestral music from classical to hip-hop, using Symphony Orchestra Musical Instruments with a Balance Of Symphony Orchestra Instruments under the regimented disciplines of any large, successful orchestra to become IMT Student Musicians; and

(b)       expressing in their music any unorthodox social viewpoints, unconventional appearance/behaviour, a strong interest in The Performing Arts, with little regard for Economic Materialism which emit high GHGs, thereby epitomising Bohémian lifestyle.

The Second BTAAP Business Plan has deliberately adopted a Bohémian Cultural Endeavour because unlike the Venezuela Model it seeks to attract teenagers (ie. from age 13), not children from say age 6, and the word Bohémian will best attract the target audience to achieve the Seven Purposes. 

The nomenclature Bohémian better imbues the sentiment necessary to achieve ii) of the Seven Purposes.
