Assistant Choir Director or ACC means an adult who  -

(i)         possess Seven Assistant Orchestra Conductor Attributes;

(ii)        is capable of performing the Choir Directors Duties & Responsibilities; and

(iii)       fall within a very narrow band of Australians aged 50 to <60 years of age, say 1 in 250 circa Australians or 0.4% of the 2.55 million Australians aged 50 to <60 year old, being 10,200 volunteer Choir Director.

As explained in the First BTAAP Business Plan all Primary Show Choir Directors and Assistant Show Choir Directors will fall within the definition of Golden Gurus for the reasons expounded therein.
