IMT Student Dancer Acceptance Procedures means
the
Two Artistic Directors
in each of the 20
Bohémian Teenagers Ballet
& Modern Dance Companies
would invite up to 110
Interested Marginalised Teenagers
from within the 'Defined Perimeter' of the
Selected 20 Lowest Socio-Economic
Regions In Australia With A Population >1,500
on a 'First In Basis' to become
IMT Student Dancers
to achieve a
Well-Balanced Bohémian Teenagers Ballet & Modern Dance Company.
Interested Marginalised Teenagers
beyond 110 would be placed on a 'IMT Waiting List'.
The 110
Interested Marginalised Teenagers
would be invited by the
Two Artistic Directors
to
Make
A Public Oath Of Commitment To Their BTB&MDC and attend
'Agreed Dance Class Practice Sessions' at the
Dance Class Venue
in accord with their 'Practice Time Availability Schedule'.
If any of the 110
Interested Marginalised Teenagers
failed to adhere to their 'Practice Time Availability
Schedule' they would be relegated to the 'IMT Waiting List'.
If the number of
IMT Student Dancers
remained in excess of 90, the
Two Artistic Directors
could apply to the
BTB&MDCP SPV for 'Additional Funding' from the 'Contingency' in
the
BTB&MDCP Net Budget Costs to cover
'Agreed Budget Costs' for the 'Surplus Of
IMT Student Dancers'.
If after three months from the
BTB&MDCP Launch Date the number of
IMT Student Dancers
was less than 90, the
Two Artistic Directors
could accept
Interested Marginalised Teenagers
from within 5km from beyond the
'Defined Perimeter' for up to one month.
If after six months from the
BTB&MDCP Launch Date the
number of
IMT Student Dancers
was less than 90, the
Two Artistic Directors
could accept
Interested Marginalised Teenagers
from within 10km from beyond the
'Defined Perimeter'.
The
Two Artistic Directors
would need to be transparent and open with
all
Interested Marginalised Teenagers
regarding the
IMT
Student Dancer Acceptance
Procedures in order to
gain and retain the trust of all
Interested Marginalised Teenagers
in order to build the
Local Community Common Bond Support Group which is
paramount to the success of the
Bohémian Teenagers Ballet & Modern Dance Companies Programme.
