(B) endorse providing Annual KOM Challenge Series, via the Internet, to interested large Bicycle Organisations and Health/Environment government agencies in cities in the USA, Europe and Asia by end-2015 to evidence the Australian government taking a pro-active role to Materially Alter Lifestyles; and
(D) promote the

"Our ecosystem is our playground, lets look after it" on thousands of Youthful Exuberance Lifestyle Programme and
Climate Change
bicycle jerseys via a safe, healthy, competitive exercise competition to

residents in the developed world. By end-2012, there can be - 1. an Annual King of the Mountain Challenge Series in - * 7 Australian capital cities

Qualifiers

Disabled Category
Climbers; * circa 50 large cities across the USA, Europe and Asia with 25,000
Qualifiers; 2. thousands of King of the Mountain Club, Individual Climber, Qualifier, Age Division KOM Winner and Disabled Category KOM Winner Jerseys displaying inter alia green themes, worn by Recreational Road Cyclists from cycle clubs and bicycle organizations across Australia, USA, Europe and Asia, with their club/group name on their order of Club Jerseys. The SWOT Analysis - Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and Threats for KOM Challenge Series highlights that the "Strengths"' and "Opportunities" dramatically outweigh the "Weaknesses" and "Threats". Division Winners across the globe. |
