Section 20        Summary

(A)        Collective Action from 2,140 elite Semi-finalist Qualifiers and Disabled Category Climbers (in 2011) in 7 capital cities across Australia, open to Abled, Disabled and Disadvantaged Interested Adults culminating months of physical training using human physical movement within a LCCBSG in Semi Finals and Finals to determine the healthiest, fittest Qualifiers across 21 Age Divisions and 10 Disabled Categories from 18 years of age to early 70s -

             (a)       Inaugural Annual King of the Mountain Challenge Series from Sunday 17 April 2011 to Sunday 29 May 2011 in Sydney which will -

    (i)      attract 520 (420 Abled Climbers + 100 Disabled Climbers) elite Cyclists from 18 to +70;

    (ii)     attract over 2,000 friends of Climbers to watch over the 7 weekends; and

    (iii)    provide a forum for 4 episodes of RTV, newspaper, and magazine interest in this sponsorship of a rapidly growing sport dominated by exceedingly fit, virile, determined middle aged males

   (b)      Similar KOM Challenge Series in Canberra, Gold Coast Hinterland, and The Dandenongs Victoria during 2011, extended to Adelaide, Perth and Hobart in 2012.

(B)        endorse providing Annual KOM Challenge Series, via the Internet, to interested large Bicycle Organisations and Health/Environment government agencies in cities in the USA, Europe and Asia by end-2015 to evidence the Australian government taking a pro-active role to Materially Alter Lifestyles; and

 

(D)        promote the slogans "Rigorous out door exercise can be lots of fun" and "Our ecosystem is our playground, lets look after it" on thousands of Youthful Exuberance Lifestyle Programme and Climate Change bicycle jerseys via a safe, healthy, competitive exercise competition to millions of residents in the developed world. 

By end-2012, there can be -

1.          an Annual King of the Mountain Challenge Series in -

 *          7 Australian capital cities with >2,000 Qualifiers and Disabled Category  Climbers;

  *          circa 50 large cities across the USA, Europe and Asia with 25,000 Qualifiers; and

2.          thousands of King of the Mountain Club, Individual Climber, Qualifier, Age Division KOM Winner and Disabled Category KOM Winner Jerseys displaying inter alia green themes, worn by Recreational Road Cyclists from cycle clubs and bicycle organizations across Australia, USA, Europe and Asia, with their club/group name on their order of Club Jerseys.

Providing an opportunity for a variety of Disabled folk to improve their QOL will enthuse all Stakeholders to support the KOM Challenge Series.

The SWOT Analysis - Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and Threats for KOM Challenge Series highlights that the "Strengths"' and "Opportunities" dramatically outweigh the "Weaknesses" and "Threats".

The Financial Model maps out the Event Team KOM Challenge Series Fee or Bicycle Organisation Franchise Fees to end-2015 at "Schedule 2 - Aust '12, '13, '14".

Profiling, via RTV Series, successful Abled, Disabled and Disadvantaged Australians competing in safe, healthy, rigorous Challenging exercise will create Collective Action that playing in the great outdoors with your friends, as many of the ageing population did as kids, can reverse the malaise that Economic Materialism has materially contributed, achieving Eleven Benefits of a Materially Altered Lifestyle.

The Marketing strategies set out in Section 13A and Section 13B for the Inaugural Annual KOM Challenge Series with 420 Abled and 100 Disabled Adults competing for 31 KOM Winner Trophies, driven by ego and pride and a love of the great outdoors, constitutes and Ecologically Sustainable Development.

Scope exists to conduct International KOM Challenge Series where the winners of the 7 different KOM Challenge Series compete against other Winners in their region/zone (similar to the Soccer/Football World Cup or Davis Cup) to establish the KOM Age Division Winners across the globe.
