Procedure for an Australian Sporting Team using e-Research Techniques on DCC’s or individual State Government's Environment & Climate Change websites to apply for and be awarded an "Aussie Green Team" Accreditation enabling them to display a Green Australia Team Emblem

A.          Sporting Team Organiser may Register his/her Sporting Team:
In approx 10 mins on the Internet, a Sporting Team Organiser in each Sporting Team with the concurrence of at least three other Sporting Participants in that  Sporting Team, completes an “Application for an "Aussie Green Team" Accreditation” on a national website which includes a Register Of Green Australia Sporting Teams.

The Sporting Team Organiser would detail the following in completing the “Application for an "Aussie Green Team" Accreditation”:

(i)               Type of Sporting Team (ie. cricket, football, netball, hiking, touch football etc);

(ii)              Name of Sporting Team (Northern Suburbs Netball Club, Waddlers Golf Group);

(iii)            Tenure of Sporting Team (ie. formed in 2002 - 5 years old);

(iv)             Frequency of Recreational Activity (ie bushwalk on 1^st and 3^rd Sunday of each month with scope to postpone a week if inclement weather or cricket on one day of each weekend from October to March inclusive, ocean swimming about 4 events each Summer);

(v)              Approx. number of Sporting Participants in the Sporting Team; and

(vi)          First Name and Surname of at least 3 Sporting Participants who have agreed to Sporting Team Organiser Registering their Sporting Team.

B.          Each interested Sporting Participant:
In approx 20 mins on the Internet, each Sporting Participant in the Sporting Team which has been 'Registered' by the Sporting Team Organiser by completing the “Application for an "Aussie Green Team" Accreditation”, then voluntarily submits their Personal Eco-Profile.
