Sporting Team Organiser means -

(I)          a regular Sporting Participant in a Sporting Club or Recreational Exercise Group who regularly organises future sporting or recreational activities; or

(II)         the management of a Health and Fitness Centre. 

For (I) above, venue and participation time details for "future sporting or recreational activities" may be communicated by 'phone, e-mail, noticeboard, website or word of mouth which do not have a legal entity, but are referred to by a distinctive name/identity/moniker which its Sporting Participants refer to it by
