6 Months ICDI Training Programme means the number of months necessary for a Local Contingent From ICDI-HELP National Support Team at each of the 103 Designated Training Venues across the Eight Major Australian Cities to assist over 9,000 Interested Overweight Or Obese Adults, from amongst the 8 million Obese or Overweight Australian adults to Develop Running Skills, Fitness And Foster Fellowship within a ICDI-LCCBSG during the ICDI Launch Year, in order for over 8,000, being one in every thousand,  to complete the ICDI Challenge in the ICDI Launch Year and thereby become Launch Year Finishers.

ICDI-HELP National Support Team explains that the I Can Do It - Healthy Exercise Lifestyle Programme adopts the clinical and coaching support structure of -

*        Boston Marathon Challenge Template Of YELP Primary Research Programme, and

*        the YELP  First Business Plan.

The Boston Marathon Challenge utilised a 9 months 'Training Programme' in order to prepare 12 unfit volunteers to run the 42.2km Boston Marathon in 2007.

The ICDI Challenge is far less onerous than the Boston Marathon Challenge because it invites Interested Overweight Or Obese Adults to Run, Jog Or Walk their Annual Renowned Fun Run which vary from 10km and 21.1km, being far less demanding that running 42.2km.
