Scribe's rap of
Tour de SloshFest from St Ives to Palm Beach 'n back - 6 cyclists - 84km
|
The grub at
Whale Beach Cafe was grouse with
Scribe settling into Eggs Benedict and others
similarly over-indulging |
|
|
Colin aka Bike Friday waving for the pic |
Eric providing room for the table clean-up.
Little did we realize that the skies were going to open like never
before en route home, where most of us took shelter at Newport after
getting drenched going thru Avalon and Bilgola which rec'd 63mm in
an hour with us in it. Even St Ives copped some of it as
evidenced by John aka
BakerBoy back at St Ives carpark
