Three Indigenous Marque Soccer Players means that each of the Ten Regional Township Teams would be supported by three Year 9 indigenous school students each who play Soccer in each of the two cities where the Western City Tri-Sports Challenge and Eastern City Tri-Sports Challenge take place due to the high number of players in a Soccer team, namely 11 players which includes a goalkeeper.

At least one of the Three Indigenous Marque Soccer Players in each of the Ten Regional Township Teams would be a school girl.

Hence, 15 Indigenous Marque Soccer Players would be required for the Western City Tri-Sports Challenge and a further 15 Indigenous Marque Soccer Players for the Eastern City Tri-Sports Challenge in the First RTV Year  - 30 Indigenous Marque Soccer Players 'in toto'.
