Log A Safety Related Report or Logged Safety Related Report means a Cyclist logging at www.SafetyFirstCycling.com.au (yet to be set-up) a report which warns of a cycling risk/danger in one of the following Three Safety Related Categories:

1.         Cycling Hazards to reduce future Serious Cycling Accidents by chronicling a Cycling Hazard Report under one or more of eight Cycling Hazard Types to create a Logged Safety Related Report with a URL of each Logged Safety Related Report automatically e-mailed to the appropriate Roads Authority for its Rectification as pursuant to section 45 "Special non-feasance protection for roads authorities" of Part 5 of Civil Liability Amendment (Personal Responsibility) Bill 2002, the relevant Roads Authority is liable for future damages/costs of harm caused.

2.         Abusive Or Reckless Motorist Incident Report to discourage poor driving behaviour which might contribute to a Serious Cycling Accident by Name and Shame.

3.         Serious Cycling Accidents to learn more about the Causes Of Serious Bicycle Accidents and therefore be better prepared to avoid them.
