Eight of the 20 Bohémian Teenagers Symphony Orchestras advance to 'Quarter-Finals' to be conducted in Local Community Hall of the four Bohémian Teenagers Symphony Orchestras which scored highest in the 'Heats Series'. Four of the 20 Bohémian Teenagers Symphony Orchestras advance to 'Semi-Finals' to be conducted in the community hall of the two BTSOs which scored highest in the 'Quarter-Finals'. Two Bohémian Teenagers Symphony Orchestras advance to the 'Final' to be held at the Sydney Opera House. The initial 'Heats Series' would be held in the particular Local Community Hall of one of the two BTSOs, as limiting GHGs and enhancing Sense Of Community are priorities of the BTSOP. Holding all bar the 'Final' in the Local Community Hall of each of the two competing BTSOs, will enhance Sense Of Community and limit GHGs. RTV Promotion of 27 x 60 min episodes of Bohémian Teenagers Create A Symphony would prove an enormously cost-effective Motivational Incentive and facilitate the Seven Purposes, in particular iii) therein. The inaugural Annual National Bohémian Teenagers Symphony Orchestras Competition may not be conducted until 18 months after the launch of the Bohémian Teenagers Symphony Orchestras Research Programme because learning to play a musical instrument doesn't happen overnight, particularly amongst IMT Student Musicians who do not possess the level of support that teenagers in higher socio-economic regions might be expected to receive. Logically it will take longer for IMT Student Musicians to improve their orchestral skills than IMT Student Singer-Dancers. It may be necessary to defer the initial Annual National Bohémian Teenagers Symphony Orchestras Competition for 18 months or so from the BTSOP Launch Date. However, performance/progress/development in orchestral skills may be at a sufficient stage après 12 or 15 months from the BTSOP Launch Date to conduct the inaugural Annual National Bohémian Teenagers Symphony Orchestras Competition 12 or 15 months from the 'Launch Date'. One of the prime interests for viewers of the Annual National Bohémian Teenagers Symphony Orchestras Competition is to monitor improvement from year-to-year amongst the 20 Bohémian Teenagers Symphony Orchestras.
