The calibre and track-record of the management associated with any business venture is a high consideration. 

The 5 person Event Team [Section 7(a)] has the credentials to -

*        deliver the Annual King of the Mountain Challenge Series to each Australian state; and

*        propagate to 50 major cities across the USA, Europe and Asia.

One of the Event Team, Mike O'Reilly, has selflessly provided countless hours to administer cycle racing clubs for over 20 years, incl maintaining Bicisport Cycling Club.

Another, Sergey Shulubin, who presently lives half of each year in St Petersburg Russia, has completed the 2003 and 2007 1,200km Paris Brest Paris.  He coded the database/tables for www.KOMpm.com and builds websites for his business partners who live in Stanmore Sydney. 

Any prospective Interested Party is welcome to meet or phone a few of the blind cyclists who appreciate the bonhomie extended to them whilst riding in Muggaccinos' 100km Sunday rides.  Click on  "Adopt a Blind Cyclist" which explains that 3 blind cyclists [Sean Murphy, Lindy Hou and Toby Sullivan] have ridden on the back of Tandems on Muggaccinos Sunday 100km rides.  Muggaccinos is 10 years old.  It will be around for at least 10 more years.

The Event Organiser/Business Plan Developer worked for Commonwealth Bank of Australia for 37 years.  He spent 17 years acting as a fiduciary for large syndicates of global banks for major infrastructure projects.  He knows all about protecting Brand Name.  The other four members of the Event Team are similarly aware of avoiding conflicts, maintaining probity and compliance, and not doing anything that would jeopardise the Annual KOM Challenge Series or the Equity Holders.
