4. King of the Mountain Challenge Series Individual Climber Jersey
The above Four Types of King of the Mountain Challenge Series Bicycle Jerseys would prominently display -
(i) Youthful Exuberance Lifestyle Programme King of the Mountain Challenge Series;
(ii) Suggested anti-carbon slogans on 4 different KOM Challenge Series Bicycle Jerseys;
(iii) Wheelchair Sports Association NSW (for the NSW KOM Challenge Series with the relevant Wheelchair Sports Association for other states as appropriate) described in Section 13B(a);
(iv) www.KOMpm.com [which enables Climbers to log their KOM Climb Times for 63 different Climbs in 9 rustic provincial regions of Sydney/Illawarra, and Gold Coast Hinterland, to qualify as one of the 20 fastest Climbers in their Age Division Semi Final;
(v) NSW Bicycle Organisations of Cycling NSW, Bicycle NSW, Australian Time Trials Association and Waratah Veterans Cyclists Club; and
(vi) "Cycling Central" [which could promote (for a fee) the Inaugural Annual KOM Challenge Series during the 3 weeks of the 2008 Tour de France in July 2009].

Section 9(2) details providing a Youthful Exuberance Lifestyle Programme King of the Mountain Challenge Series Qualifier Jersey to the 520 Cyclists (420 Abled + 100 Disabled) who compete in the Inaugural Annual KOM Challenge Series in Sydney.
Section 9(3&4) notes that local bicycle ride groups and individual cyclists and may purchase at 20% circa below retail a dedicated club jersey which is "made in Australia" for a small order between 30 and 50 jerseys, a Youthful Exuberance Lifestyle Programme King of the Mountain Challenge Series -
