Bicycle Organizations or Cycling Organizations means for NSW, Bicycle New South Wales, Cycling NSW, Waratah Veteran Cyclist Club,  ATTA - Australian Time Trials Association explained in Section 13A(b). 

For each other state and ACT it means similar accredited bicycle racing and recreational organisations which are well known and supported by Cyclists in each State and the ACT.

Overseas Bicycle Organisations can apply to use the KOM website to conduct their Annual KOM Challenge Series in the state or province.
