Purchase Usage Fee or Usage Fee means applying the User Pays Principle by levying a $0.50 fee for each Purchase made with a Credit Card.

The Purchase Usage Fee cannot be increased beyond $0.50 within five years of executing an Application Form for the particular Credit Card.

After five years from execution of the Application Form, the Purchase Usage Fee may be increased by no more than the CPI.
