Outstanding Indebtedness or Total Amount Owing means the aggregate of all Purchases and all Cash Advances that appear on the most recent Monthly Credit Card Statement, plus any Late Payment Fee and/or Over-the-Limit Fee, together with the opening balance outstanding indebtedness on the newest Monthly Credit Card Statement after any repayment/s last month, plus any interest levied, less the amount of any Credit Card Repayment. |
