Youthful Exuberance means joyously unrestrained enthusiasm for life, unpredictability and unbridled energy for adventure to push the envelope to extend one's boundaries beyond one's parent's direct supervision to discover new frontiers, which most humans, and many other mammals, exhibit when seeking to discover oneself.

Youthful Exuberance Growth Phase usually occurs in humans from the later stages of early childhood (3 to 8 years old), through middle childhood (9 to 11 years old) and may continue into the early stages of adolescence.
