Defined Terms and Documents      'Aboriginal Teenager Life Skills' RTV Social Inclusion Early Intervention Programme 

Peppercorn Fee means the National Rugby League, a television production company, the ABC, SBS or the Life Skills Philanthropic Service Movement could pay the 'Life Skills' Programme Developer a Peppercorn Fee of $10 to purchase all the I.P.  associated with the many months R&D that the 'Life Skills' Programme Developer has expended to prepare the format of 'Aboriginal Teenager Life Skills' RTV Social Inclusion Early Intervention Programme.

Sale under this Peppercorn Fee would fall away after six months from the 'sales agreement' if the 'purchaser' did not proceed with production of Teenager Life Skills' RTV Social Inclusion Early Intervention Programme and provide material evidence that the First RTV Year of ATLSEIP would be 2022.
