KOM Information Memorandum KOM Defined Terms KOM Challenge Series Calendar and Event Costs to 2012 KOM Summary Bullet Points KOM SWOT Analysis Section 18 Provision for the YELP SPV to pay the Event Team a One-Off Inaugural KOM Success Fee of AUD$50,000 upon successful completion of the Inaugural Annual KOM Challenge Series
Building www.KOMpm.com cost the Event Organiser AUD$20,000 circa to: (a) visit/climb all 63 KOM Climbs across greater Sydney/Illawarra and the Hinterland South East Queensland to take Climb logistics (distance, altitude, jpgs, elevation graphs etc); (b) prepare a hundred ride descriptions to the KOM Climbs; (c) obtain www.KOMpm.com and register as trademark for "King of the Mountain performance measurement" with IP Australia; and (d) have PHP code written for all Climb Reports and buy/learn Dreamweaver to build the front-end. The Event Organiser, Phil Johnston, has expended several hundred hours preparing this comprehensive Information Memorandum.
The Disability Coordinator, Karen Bagshaw has provided - * 100+ hours input on the various Registered Charities for the Disabled, * feedback on the issues faced by Disabled people; * vetted drafts of this Information Memorandum. Having worked in the Nursing and Community Services sector and injuring her back in 1994, Karen knows first hand the barriers the Disabled face. The other three Event Team members, Mike, Mark and Sergey, have reviewed drafts and provided recommendations, as well as attending various meetings, incl meeting Tourism Australia on 22 January 2007.
The overriding catalyst for the Event Team is to create a viable annual safe, healthy, exercise competition - (i) which will improve the QOL and Compress Morbidity for Abled, Disabled and Disadvantaged Interested Adults, and (ii) for Australians to pioneer, through a PPP, this cost-effective pro-active enjoyable and satisfying initiative to encourage Interested Adults to Materially Alter Lifestyle which leaves a low Personal Carbon Footprint. YELP Budget Costs noted in the Financial Model for the Inaugural Annual KOM Challenge Series are lean. Achieving these YELP Budget Costs, and lowering them even further, is contingent upon winning over all of the 17 other Stakeholders which entails each being recognised for their contributions. The Event Team believes that a professionally delivered Inaugural Annual KOM Challenge Series with all documents, tables, pro-forma letters available on www.KOMpm.com will facilitate rollout to 6 other capital cities across Australia, and to up to 50 global cities annually. Most of this work will cut new ground. The Event Team will be required to work diligently to Milestones of major Tasks (listed in the Annexure VI Microsoft Project 2007 sets out Task Schedule, "Predecessors", and associated Gantt Chart) to make the Inaugural Annual KOM Challenge Series an outstanding success. Accordingly, the Event Team seeks a AUD$50,000 One-Off Inaugural Success Fee upon successful completion of the Inaugural Annual KOM Challenge Series to be disseminated:
