Budget Items within the Event Team Fee for Inaugural Annual KOM Challenge Series in Sydney from Sunday 17 April 2011 and Sunday 29 May 2011 involving 420 Abled and 100 Disabled Qualifiers:

  1.         31 (21 + 11) Youthful Exuberance Lifestyle Programme King of the Mountain for each Age Division and Disabled Category - Section 9(1) -
*       
King of the Mountain Age Division Winner Jerseys; and
*        KOM Winner
Medallions.

  2.         520 Youthful Exuberance Lifestyle Programme King of the Mountain Challenge Series Qualifier Jerseys - Section 9(2).

  3.         Event Organiser to publish the official invitation to participate in the Inaugural Annual KOM Challenge Series on www.KOMpm.com.

  4.         Event Organiser to draft letter for Wheelchair Sports Association NSW to send to Australia's largest companies, various government agencies, registered charities, cycle clubs and bicycle groups [Section 13B(c)] across NSW inviting their employees/members to compete in the Inaugural Annual KOM Challenge Series.

  5.         Include in the Application Form for the Inaugural Annual KOM Challenge Series provision for Qualifiers to provide their Personal Profile for Reality Television Producer to select Qualifiers for up to 4 episodes of RTV Series [Section 13B(e)].

  6.       Event Organiser and Disability Co-ordinator (Karen Bagshaw) to expend hundreds of hours liaising with Registered Charities and the Disabled to assist Disabled obtain bicycle equipment, a buddy, train and compete.

  9.         Event Organiser send copious follow-up e-mails and 'phone calls to interested Climbers.

10.         List YELP as Sole Sponsor on the "King of the Mountain Performance Measurement" website from 1 Jan 2011.

11.         Enhance www.KOMpm.com with Climber Profile Folder to enable Climbers to Register and insert a Climber photo on www.KOMpm.com for each of -
*            420 Climbers in the Semi-Finals; and
*            100 Climbers in the Disabled Finals.

12.         Event Organiser obtain approval from local government/NSW Police and local councils for the 6 consecutive weekends at the 3 KOM Climbs and prepare the 6 Semi Finals, 1 Disabled Final, and Finals weekend.

13.         Event Team of 4 working 7.8 hours a Day for 8 Days of Semi Finals and Finals:
*            5 Semi Finals Days; and
*            3 Finals Days.

14.         Publish Inaugural Annual KOM Challenge Series results, articles and photos re King of the Mountain Winners to www.KOMpm.com

15.         Deploy AMBit Climber electronic time measurement equipment, Tissot Timing or Swiss Timing entailing a transponder/odometer fastened to each Climber's bike, to electronically measure each Climb Time, which immediately publishes all results on the internet - also used in the 2006 Tour de France.
