Microsoft Project 2007 "Task Schedule" and associated "Gantt Chart" establishes that all Stakeholders (listed below ) can be invited by early January 2011 so -

*           invitations for Inaugural Annual KOM Challenge Series may be published on www.KOMpm.com by early January 2011; and

*           all 17 other Stakeholders are equipped to promote the Inaugural Annual KOM Challenge Series by early January 2011; and

*           all Stakeholders may contribute over following 41/2 months and benefit equitably

 

Section 13(j) Stakeholders: 1. Priority ranking and 2. Reasons for interest will enable the Event Team to approach all Stakeholders by end-December 2009 for assistance to promote the Inaugural Annual KOM Challenge Series and be recognised/rewarded equitably for their input.

 

Below are these Stakeholders that the Event Team needs to gain the cooperation and support for the Inaugural Annual KOM Challenge Series, in particular to co-ordinate an array of Disabled Australians to train and compete in the Disabled Category Finals Day on Saturday 21 May 2011 over 2 KOM Climbs:

12 80 bicycle shops located within 10km of a KOM Climb
13 30 bicycle racing clubs located within 10km of a KOM Climb
