Section 13B      Marketing Inaugural Annual KOM Challenge Series in Sydney in April/May 2011 to 100 Disabled Cyclists

             

13B(a)  Establishing a strategic alliance with Wheelchair Sports Association NSW to endorse the Inaugural Annual KOM Challenge Series

  

13B(b)  Soliciting the support of Australian Paralympics Committee ("APC") and supportive Registered Charities that encourage Disabled to participate in the Inaugural Annual KOM Challenge Series where the RTV Production Fee for 4 episodes of Reality Television goes to a Trust Fund to pay for Tandem and Speciality Bicycles controlled by APC and Wheelchair Sports Assoc NSW

 

13B(c)  For the Inaugural Annual KOM Challenge Series, Federal & State Environment and Health portfolios, conjointly with Wheelchair Sports Association NSW, to write to the CEOs of Australia's Top 200 Companies and Heads of major Federal and State Government agencies inviting them to provide to their employees a URL to a KOM Challenge Series 'flyer' to encourage their participation

 

13B(d) Marketing KOM Challenge Series to 30 Registered Charities for the Disabled

 

    13B(e) Approach RTV Producers across the free-to-air and cable networks to run 4 @ 50 min Reality Television episodes on the Inaugural Annual KOM Challenge Series:
*         2 episodes featuring -

                         *        a few elite Disabled Cyclists to unearth another world class Disabled athlete; and

                         *        a few inspirational Disabled who overcome material Disabilities to be a Disabled Category Climber.
             
*         2 episodes comparing -
                        *       
say 3 prominent CFOs and CEOs of Australia's largest companies and semi-govt
                                  agencies who compete in the Abled Age Divisions with,
                        *        say 3 Qualifiers from the wrong side of town, adults who have been on drugs
                                  or imprisoned, who have turned their lives around thru regular exercise
             +        One episode for each above group would cover background of these Qualifiers,
                       why they a driven to compete and their preparation
             +        2nd episode for each of above two groups features performance on the day of

                       competition, collegiate environment, and expectation, passion, and exhilaration

13B(f)   Providing an opportunity for a variety of Disabled folk to improve their QOL will enthuse all 17 other Stakeholders to support the KOM Challenge Series thereby materially reducing Bicycle Organisation Franchise Fees
