KOM Climber means, for the Inaugural Annual KOM Challenge Series, -

(i)         420 Abled and 100 Disabled Climbers who are accepted as Qualifiers to compete in the Age Division Semi Finals and Disabled Category Finals Day, and

(ii)        all other Cyclists who log a Climb Time as evidence of their physical achievement.
