KOM Qualifier Semi Finalist Entry Fee means for the Inaugural Annual KOM Challenge Series $75 paid by each of 420 Qualifiers (except Disabled Category Climbers who will not pay an Entry Fee) who qualify as a Semi Finalist for the Inaugural Annual KOM Challenge Series in Sydney in April/May 2011 as one of the Top 20 fastest that would be deposited in a Trust Fund jointly controlled with Australian Paralympics Committee and Wheelchair Sports Association NSW for Wheelchair Sports Association NSW to purchase Tandems and Speciality Bicycles for Disabled Cyclists in NSW.
