Conditions Precedent means for the Inaugural Annual KOM Challenge Series all the Tasks set out below that the Project Certifier needs to certify as achieved in -

*        Annexure III "Tasks for Inaugural KOM Series,  8 month Time Line and Milestone Payments of Event Fee"; and

*        Annexure V "Microsoft Project 2007 sets out Task Schedule, "Predecessors", and associated Gantt Chart".
