Re your
below e-mail sent
Mon, 2
Aug 10 8:40 PM,
I would be happy to meet with anyone within
The Greens, either Fed or
Cate Faerhmann Greens NSW to discuss the economic merit of my
Two National Preventive Health
Research Programmes in reducing the $155b annual cost of
Fifteen Problems, which incl Climate Change, largely due to Negligent
Lifestyle Behaviour - encapsulated in Causes (see above attached
definitions).
Alas, I
believe that the vast majority of politicians do not possess the project
management or project finance infrastructure experience to appraise the
eight different business plans in my
Two National Preventive Health
Research Programmes. Hence, I believe that I would be
wasting my time trying to discuss in a meeting two complex programmes to
people who don’t have the skills, time or interest to review the
contents of my CDs.
I do,
however, believe that there are Greens voters/supporters, around
retirement, who have appraised and/or managed large infrastructure
projects, or financed such projects, with time on their hands and
sufficient concern for their fellow man, and future generations, to
review my
Two National Preventive Health
Research Programmes, which is the reason why I made the above
extracted request in my letter to you dated 21 May.
I
summary, I am happy to meet with Cate Faerhmann or her delegate, but
there isn’t any point if the person(s) that I meet with do not have the
skills or interest to appraise my
Two National Preventive Health
Research Programmes before any meeting.
Consequently, if The Greens (Fed or State) know any of its supporters,
who possess project management or project finance infrastructure skills,
and are able to study detailed business plans on a CD, I welcome
receiving details of them so I may talk to them and post them my CD ROM
for them to appraise and opine to The Greens politicians on their
economic merit, robustness and practicality.

Good to hear from you. I sent out feelers to the federal offices
about your program but I'm afraid that the lead up to a general
election is a terrible time to try and attract people's attention.
I can say that Cate Faerhmann, who is replacing Lee Rhiannon is
state parliament at the end of this month is interested in
preventative health and I will certainly give her staff your
material. I think that is the best I can do at this stage. I am
happy to follow it up after the election.

I am prepared to assist the Greens Election Campaign
pursuant to the above attached e-mail from Janet Castle.
However, prior to me phoning Janet Castle, could I meet with
anyone who is a Greens supporter who reviewed the Two
National Preventive Health Programmes in each of the three
CDs that I posted to you 8 weeks ago.
Cheers
