Recreational Exercise Consultant means a middle aged adult who  -

(i)         possesses Ten Sports Administration Attributes;

(ii)        has been accredited by Federal Dept of Health and Ageing and/or a State Health Dept, collectively known as a Health Agency, by satisfying benchmark Training Procedures agreed by these agencies and other Interested Parties; and

(iii)       receives Remuneration as an accredited health consultant by the Health Agency for not more than 5 years based on the number of Internet Testimonials submitted by Adult Enquirers and GP's Patients that each Recreational Exercise Consultant Supervises or Refers to Materially Alter Lifestyle.
