Expanded Morbidity means -

i)          reducing the 'healthy life phase'; and

ii)         increasing the 'morbidity life phase' (generally accompanied by higher Health Care Costs) due to the early onset of a Lifestyle Related Chronic Disease(s) with associated Other Personal, Social, Productivity and Environmental Costs.

Expanded Morbidity is the opposite of Compressed Morbidity.
