Suitable Male Criminals  or  Prisoner's State Of Mind, Age And Sex or Non-Murderous Criminals

Criminals that -

(i)        have not committed a Sadistic, Brutal, Premeditated, Unprovoked Murder/s identified in Non-Murderous Crimes;

(ii)       aged between 18 years and 60 years;

(iii)      are male;

(iv)      are determined by a court appointed medical practitioner to be physically fit enough to receive the Sentenced Flogging; and

(v)       do not have any overt Mental And Physical Health Issues.
