Inviter means with regard to the Civil Liability Acts 2002 which were enacted across Australia in 2002-03 [in the case of NSW) Clause 5M(1) "No duty of care for recreational activity where Risk Warning" of Division 5 Recreational Activities] any person, including an organiser, who invites another person(s), hereinafter an Invitee(s), to take part in a Recreational Activity.
