Disclaimer Of Liability or Liability Disclaimer means a Liability Acknowledgement which not only disclaims liability by the Inviter and/or Sporting Activity Provider, but importantly also acknowledges the Duty Of Care -

(a)        the Inviter and/or Sporting Activity Provider has to the Invitee(s) Participants; and

(b)        each Participant has to each other Participant and to the Inviter and/or Sporting Activity Provider.
