1. Federal and State Health Agencies that fund recovery treatment of many Avoidable Trauma Bicycle Accidents;

2. Private Health Insurers who may incur significant rehab and ongoing maintenance costs under Physiotherapy and Chiropractic treatment

3. Insurance Key Body And A Specialist Sports Insurer that insure some road cyclists that are breaching Regulation 126;

4. Australian Bicycle Council; and

5. Safety Professed Bicycle Organisations that are occasionally not adept at "walking the talk" when safety and marketing come into conflict.
