Pete, who is an amigo of Treehugger, took a sea change a few years ago when he switched from being a Commodities Broker to renovating his pad at Cremorne. Bank Teller obtained an Owner Builder's Permit a few months ago, and is similarly renovating his 'digs' at Harbord. Owner Builders invariably learn that notwithstanding the best laid plans, renovating invariably costs a lot more and takes a lot more time. Wonder who will be holding the house warming party first.
Pete, looken a tad frazzled after a hard hit-out to The Serpentine Lookout. Without an ounce of body fat, Pete cycles "like shit out of Shanghai", so expect him amongst the front-runners when he isn't occupied at his "digs".
