* Hiking to my 'push up' rock at apex of Spencer's Beaut with members of 'Obsidians hiking group'.
* Golf at Middlefield G.C. with Dennis Banks on a murky morn' that brightened up.Click on: BankTeller's two previous assaults of Spencer's Beaut in the Summer time when he was more nimble and more push-ups.
Only 14 push-ups on The Rock in Dec 2017, and they were a struggle.
